We provide free shuttle service for our guests.

When you exit the ticket gates at JR Tokushima Station…
This is the ticket gate of JR Tokushima Station.
When you head towards the exit…
The ticket office is on the right. Proceed in the direction of the arrow and turn right.
After walking a little further, a map of the area around JR Tokushima Station appears on the left.
Next to it is a postbox with an Awa Odori statue on it.
If you see this, you can rest easy.
A little past the crosswalk, near the entrance to JR Hotel Clement. We will come to pick you up here!

Remember, “When you leave the station, turn right! Aim for the Awa Odori postbox!” ♪
Once you reach the shuttle bus, it’s straight to Bizan Kurage!
We will pick you up in the white Serena or blue minibus shown in the photo.
